ORDER CHANGES

please email us at support@pythiaclothing.com, include the order number and updated shipping address.

if your package has already shipped, please contact the shipping provider to update the shipping address.

if the order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for a $10 flat rate to re-ship the package to an updated address. if the customer does not wish to re-ship the package after it's returned to sender, they will be refunded in store credit.

please reach out to support@pythiaclothing.com within 24 hours of ordering. cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be honored.

please reach out with size or item changes within 24 hours of ordering, if the order is already in the shipment process we will not be able to honor your request.

SHIPPING

we ship to all countries, in the case of a specific country that is having shipping issues due to world events, we will reach out and offer alternative shipping methods.

international orders take 1-4 weeks on average to deliver once shipped. Please refer to the shipping timeline provided at checkout, as each service offers a different shipping speed.

Pythia is not responsible for the payment of customs or vat fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any customs and vat fees that may occur.

if your tracking shows your package was returned to sender, please contact customer support. If the address entered at checkout was incorrect by customer error, Pythia is not responsible for reshipment fees and requires the customer to pay a $10 flat rate to reship the item to an updated address.

RETURNS

we accept exchanges up to 14 days after the date of delivery. We charge a $10 flat rate to cover shipping costs of the exchange. Must contact customer support within 14 days after delivery to be eligible for an exchange, no exceptions.

the return must be shipped within 14 days after the return label is sent, otherwise the return will be cancelled. the returned item must return unworn and in it's original condition. If the item is returned after being worn or shows signs of use such as fragrance, store credit will not be issued.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, and are only eligible if an item you received comes damaged, you received the incorrect item, or the item came unsatisfactory for some reason.

Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. When an order or return is processed, the order or refund will be generated in us dollars. Pythia is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.

The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice is non negotiable. Pythia will not apply retroactive discounts to orders being processed or that have been processed. Discount codes and site wide sales are only good on orders placed after the start date and before the end date of the discount code/sale. The discount code must be entered during the payment process as it can not be applied later. We are not responsible if the code is not entered at checkout.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If Pythia has processed a refund and you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is still pending. Currency exchanges may take longer than 10 business days.
